Batman would not make the best commander. he has strategy and smarts for sure, but he is not the best team player and prefers to do things at most with a small group. The person you want running that ship would be Cap or Cyclops

But he wouldn’t be Batman, he’d be Bruce Wayne in uniform.

So who becomes Spock, Alfred or Robin?

Alfred as Spock. Robin as young Wesley Crusher.
