It rained for about 30 seconds yesterday evening, but it looked and smelled like rain all day. Right now, most of the clouds are gone, but the humidity remains high (80% according to MSN weather). The forecasted high is only 84 which is 15 degrees cooler than yesterday’s forecast. (It didn’t actually get above 90.) It will be a good day to keep the doors and windows open.
Today I will try again to sew together all the little patches I have into the border for a quilt. I spent Sunday afternoon taking them apart because the girl that gave them to me to work on sewed them into pairs across the short side instead of the long one. Once I finish the one I’m working on, I have lots more patches to mix and match. There’s a group of pink ones that should match the I Love Lucy squares I have already done.
Ok, my computer is acting screwy again..Jan, I know what you mean about the pizza crust. You want your money back and all they offer is another one of their tasteless product. I like the frozen dough balls from the store I pat them out, brush lightly with olive oil, fresh oregano, and sometimes fresh rosemary, before adding sauce and other toppings. Pizza is the one thing with tomatoes that we can get our grandson to eat. He is a white food person so getting veggies in him is a challenge..Well I guess I will stop while this thing is still working. :)Everyone have a great day.

Still warm and humid but dew point should be going down to the 40’s today. Temp around 80 today.
This Fri. the temp should drop into the 60’s through the weekend. We will freeze.

I’m sending my computer back to the factory for warranty work. The speakers are fried. Bummer!So, I,ll check in on my iPad. Certainly not as easy!
We got the start of the Pacific hurricane last night. Lots of lightning and hail. More to follow for the next few days.
So, if you don’t hear from me during the next few weeks, you,ll know it’s just a sick computer.
