I’m surprised Felicia’s even back in white wool – I distinctly remember her ‘goth phase’ lasting much, much, longer. (I don’t remember – did she even get over it at all?)
It’s quite horrible when a bully refuses to stop. But I suppose at least Felicia is honest about her unwillingness to treat Millie decently. It would be worse if Felicia kept promising to live-and-let-live and lied every time about it.
