Okay, for extra credit: Who wants to count the pancakes to see if there are actually 21,467 shown? And if the math checks out vis-a-vis pancake:monument height?

The height of the Washington Monument is 555 feet, which is 6660 inches. 21,467 would be work if each pancake is about 1/3 of an inch thick.

I tough the cherry blossom trees were a gift from Japan. Anyway l like Richard’s version of history a lot better..
