I wish the letter would be more in spacing the letters so they don’t blend together. I am 74 and my eyes aren’t as good as they once were. Tonight I read the statement, "The Thai delicacy HUAK TOD is made from FRED TADPOLES! I’ve never met Fred Tadpoles, but I’m sure he wouldn’t appreciate being made into HUAK TOD.

JC is reminding me of Long John Silver of the “Treasure Planet” film: something like a Swiss Amry knife for a prosthetic arm.

Are the tadpoles deep fried or pan fried?

I’ve had Escargot, so tadpoles are that far different.

Fried tadpoles? I’ll go with fried apples, fried in butter, with some brown sugar added after they turn translucent.

Huak Tod, deep fried tadpoles in batter. Sounds OK, but I wonder how that would compare to the Basque/Northern Spanish Angulas – pan-fried baby eel/elvers in garlic?Multi-yum – if you get the real thing..

A practical prosthesis with a specific function? Groovy.
