   Well at least I have a very small chance as I live here. 4 years ago there was great excitement amongst the bird watching community as a very lost Tufted Duck was spotted in Australia.    And then there were the 2 US tourists visiting Scotland, who failed to recognize Queen Elizabeth who was out walking with her security officer. They asked her to take a photo of them with the security officer, which she did. The security officer then suggested he take a photo of them with the lady he was walking with.
