I’ve been employed by community schools the past 24 years. I welcome the structure and routine of the school year. For clarification purposes… routine is not to be confused with “rut”. Working with young people is an education all by itself.

Since traditional happy hour coincides with the time you have to pick up the kids, the best time to be happy is when they’re in class.
