Our big aussie/shepard—great pyrenees sure could use a sensitivity adjuster. He barks at the slightest noise….he even barks if it gets too quiet! When he barks for no reason we tell him to go to his crate….most times now he barks and automatically goes to his crate.

Learn the bark patterns: multiple barks at high frequency, danger; staccato, low pitched, inviting one to play or for attention…

As a kid I thought insects were always cold… so I used a magnifying glass to warm them up.

Mailman, one bark. UPS or FedEx, two or three. Meter reader, go crazy.

The sensitivity meter on a cat; how frantically they race in the other direction.

The kids dogs, Anatolians, (around 130 pounds each) do great jobs of keeping coyotes, bobcats and other critters that harm chickens and kittys off the property. (As well as protecting from the two legged critters) the kitties protect against gophers, mice, voles and such. Such a nice symbiotic relationship.

What kind of marathon do they typically run on the New Jersey shoreline? Does it have anything to do with sharks?
