I have Republican co-workers who say that Trump isn’t as dangerous as he seems, because if he were president, he would have people all around him to keep him from tanking the economy or starting WWlll, or anything. And, anyway, he really doesn’t mean what he’s saying, he just says it to get people excited. And, this is the highest praise they can come up with for the guy their party nominated to hold the most important job in the world. Has the entire Republican party lost its’ mind?
These are unsettling times that require a steady hand: That’s not Donald Trump.Houston Chronicle Editorial Board endorses Hillary Clinton
Any one of Trump’s less-than-sterling qualities – his erratic temperament, his dodgy business practices, his racism, his Putin-like strongman inclinations and faux-populist demagoguery, his contempt for the rule of law, his ignorance – is enough to be disqualifying. His convention-speech comment, “I alone can fix it,” should make every American shudder. He is, we believe, a danger to the Republic.

A very spoiled, loud and tempermental one.

You mean it isn’t between a woman (I assume Killary; Jill Stein doesn’t exist?) and Putin. Stahler should get with the programme!

And sadly in today’s world the loud obnoxious child frequently gets his/her way… to the detriment of the rest of us.

There is nothing childlike about Trump. I like children.
It takes decades of abuse (or self-abuse) to learn to fear and hate that much.
