    Good morning Vagabonds.

Everything is the same except that we may get some rain on Thurs. night. I would take that with a grain of salt.

Hi-O Vagabonds.Gary says it’s going to be an active weather day, that means there is a front passing over. We had a short hard rain earlier this morning before I got up..Hay Arye, good to have you when you can make it. (Aggravation thy name is computer.) I do find you on Facebook from time to time and of course I hit Like..Going down Dartmouth Medical Center with my nephew for one of his regular appointments today. A long ride but it helps his back and he gets what he calls his power nap. So do I. (-.-).First day of school here in VT. Not fer me however. :-).Good day to all..ttfn

    Morning, Village!

I’m still amazed at how well my laptop is working after having it cleaned by an expert! I even went back to using the remote mouse that I put away months ago because it quit working!

Tried to write a little yesterday but got bogged down doing research. There is sooo much research that has to be done when writing an historic novel. And I find the historians are so contradictory. It’s like the historians didn’t do the research they should have done!

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

We had to have our windows and doors closed all day yesterday. Our weather pattern changed, and we are getting a south-westerly air flow, so we are getting the smoke from some big wildfires in south-western Idaho. That will change by the weekend when a cold front moves in from the Gulf of Alaska. Hurray!

Good to hear from Arye and Chris! Computer problems are so dern common, aren’t they! And, Chris, you are so lucky you get to see your grandkids so often! Even if we lived closer to either San Diego or North Carolina, we probably wouldn’t see them as often because of their very active life style. Our oldest granddaughter started her senior year of high school yesterday, and spent a week checking out universities on the East Coast. Her favorite is the George Washington University in DC. That would depend on scholarships, unfortunately.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Off to the start of another good day. It is good to be home and back into a routine, but I already miss Oregon. I loved it up there despite the humidity, and I could easily retire there. It probably won’t happen because Michael doesn’t like the cold, but I can dream, can’t I? With the RV, we can be snowbirds, so hopefully we can spend part of our time there….

It’s Wednesday, and a good day to get the little errands out of the way. Gotta get cat litter, cancel the alarm system, go grocery shopping, etc. Considering just how lazy I can be, I probably won’t do any of it…..

Yesterday got up to 107 and the forecast for today is 104. It will drop back down below 100 by Friday and the 10 day forecast is for 90’s the whole time (except today and tomorrow). Perhaps the brutal heat of summer is finally over.
