Somewhere I once read that if three strangers meet, it’s likely that two of them will have the same birthdate. Seems like sky-high odds to me.

I have at least 10 toothbrushes (well… one toothbrush and the rest, ex-toothbrushes, repurposed) and zero cellphones.

Today is one of my 365 un-birthdays (2016 is a leap year). So I’m sure the other 18,999,999 people had a marvelous birthday with me two months ago. In the mean time, does Bush still not eat broccoli although he no longer lives in the White House or rides Air Force One?

You would think that selfies would increase the use of toothbrushes.

Simple math is a Believe It or Not? It’s actually closer to 20 million anyway.

George H. W. Bush and broccoli were news in 1990.

Another thing that cell phones and toothbrushes have in common is that you are not supposed to use either while driving.

Broccoli is evil. I also refuse to eat it.

I don’t believe the cellphone/toothbrush thing…but certainly, more broccoli would require more toothbrushes…

Birthdays have always confused me. Why should I get gifts for being born when I didn’t even ask for it or suffer during it (that I can recall)? It seems my parents should be given the gifts on my birthday.

How many people know that they have only one birthday in their lifetime.

Are we talking about cellphones still in use? If not, it may well be that people go thru them faster than thru toothbrushes. But I have different brushes for different locations, and I see no reason to own more than one cellphone at a time.

Doubt the birthday issue relates to those born on Feb. 29th!

GHW Bush’s antipathy toward broccoli was strictly political. He did want to be branded as an elitist or a sissy during his 1992 campaign.

So dislike cell phones. So offensive to see people with their noses shoved to their phones and ignoring everyone and everything around them. Do not even bring a cell phone into my home unless it is turned off.
