A disclaimer, like a poitician, should never be specific!

The other side of the sign should read ’Liable for scaring everyone else away".

Might want to put your backpack on, Danae, or your back will be liable for a sign saying “Kick me!”

Many disclaimers aren’t defend-able anyway. You cannot be forced to sign away your rights.

She may think she is not liable, however, she is liable to be held responsible.

It serves as a warning however, one I would heed.

And if the wedgies are not uncomfortable, its because they cheated. They cheated, folks, they cheated.

Disclaimers are fun. Have you ever listened to a car commercial on the radio: 15 seconds of a guy screaming and 45 seconds of a guy mumbling off stuff at 360 words a minute.

The same holds true for a wireless carrier commercial I heard recently. At the end of the machine-gun delivery of the disclaimer were the words, “Other restrictions may apply.” Well that about covers it.

Danae is quickly finding that disclaimers are actually a loophole for evading personal responsibility. With Jeffrey’s help she could be abandoning such a cheap and discriminatory gimmick.

LOL, yep kinda like the prescription drug fast talk disclaimers at the end of their commercials> The ones that have “may cause sudden death” as a side effect crack me up. Seriously, just a side effect? It’s about then I realize, the problem may not be as bad as the ‘cure.’

Had a friend give a wedgie to another classmate who was carrying a clarinet case. Result? One really damaged clarinet case and one friend who I don’t believe has given another wedgie since that afternoon, though I haven’t seen him in 35+ years.
