This is the same way you can use your political clout on any issue. It will work if the other side doesn’t have a company that just gives each of these steps money. 1 vote has some power, $1,000,000 buys a lot of votes.

Training, removing unfit officers, de-escalating the fear. (white person with weapon is questioned, other people with weapon are drawn on and ordered to the ground, arms outstretched, and quickly confronted by officers in multiple vehicles.)Take cues from the Dallas police chief and others on successful reforms.

“What reform would have changed the outcome of the last two shootings that is not already in place?”

A small chance that not invading Iraq would have possibly ended the Afghanistan war and seriously reduced the uncounted damaged returning vets.

Yet another reason to give thanks to George W. Bush, for giving us the gift that keeps on giving.

It occurs to me that many policemen assume the 2nd Amendment doesn’t apply to African-Americans; after all, when it was passed, they weren’t considered human. Therefore, no 2A rights and may be shot on sight.

@sueamarlucan“…. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.”-“And what is your excuse for being the problem?”.Are you sure sueamarlucan is really part of the problem? Please properly identify the real problem. That is part of the solution, a major part..For some, it is the belief police target all blacks for being black rather than people worthy of respect and presumption of innocence..For some, it is the belief blacks are targeting police as objects of hatred rather than people trying to provide public peace and protection. .A big part of the problem is the bigotry involved in faulting all members of any group for the actions of members of any group.

@furnituremaker“What the US do in Vietnam? Kill anything that moves.”*.It is lies like that which stir up hatred..The Americans who served in Vietnam did NOT try to kill all Vietnamese.

@charlie555“All African Americans mostly men from the age of 12 are looked upon as criminals and are shot.”.“All African Americans…are shot.”.

It is lies like that which stir up hatred..The police do NOT shoot all African Americans..(NG, sometimes you talk less sanely than others. Medication problems?)
