Never considers a crime wasn’t committed, rendering judgments of guilt/innocence moot. But then most conservatives aren’t really big thinkers I suppose.

If you consider that the Benghazi Disaster was a C1A operation from the start, the State Department was probably told to keep their hands off C1A’s plot. If one simply must assign “the-buck-stops-here” responsibility, one would have to go to the very top of the food chain — the Emperor: Mr. Oopsbama.
You can avoid doing the time for your crimes if you have corruption at the top. Pays to have friends when you are in the Obamamob. Cannot be touched by IRS, FBI, ATF, DoJ. Corruption has been good for Hillary. Trump is such a novice by comparison – he cannot even lie as well.
