Does the Doctor ever change history, or does he just participate in it. I can recall only one or two episodes where he went to a time period he had previously visited to change his actions, and thus the time stream. (even then it was a small tweak)

No doubt Peter Capaldi could do SOMETHING about fixing this, but it’s probably a better job for Malcolm Tucker than for the Doctor.

If he did go back in time, he could just stop the right wingers from lying about how much money people would save and how Brexit would stem immigration. Seems like the right lies to win elections everywhere.

They should re-do it. Just like in our country they need to redo this whole election.

How was information spread about this vote? Considering how many have expressed regret about their vote, I wonder if they thought it was just an opinion poll.

I see in the news that the “smart” people are complaining that it was the “dumb” people who voted for Brexit. So, I have to ask, if the “smart” people really are smart, why didn’t they get out and vote? This smart vs dumb sound like more sour grapes polemic to me.

If we are going to go back in time, can we have the Tom Baker Dr. Who?

Why do they have to vote over? It was a non-binding vote.Oh wait. To give cover to the politicians who want to ignore the first time.
