Mark Trail – the conference is probably in Hawaii. Phantom – Heloise, your dad isn’t there either. What will she say when asked the same question?Sally Forth – Yeah, David. She took over Hil’s life, dictated what they were going to do, now drops her and shuts her out. Kinda like Hil does with her friends.
MARK TRAIL: I am guessing that the story-line will have Abbey will running into Mark & Cherry…maybe at one of those hotels along the beach in Waikiki on the island of Oahu. What fun if James Allen draws a scene with Diamond Head in the background! Or…will Mark eschew Oahu & Waikiki as too touristy and head for Kauai, Maui or the Big Island (Hawaii Island)? If Mark & Cherry are going to run into Abbey in the vicinity of the conference, I don’t see that being on Molokai or Lanai. Of course, all of this is just a wild guess….whatever happens, it should make for some nice artwork! X < crossing my fingers re the artwork
MORE MT: Abbey’s July 12 thought balloon said she was on “atoll” not far from Kauai. Nihoa is also part of the Hawaii Islands and is 150 miles NW of Kauai (and the bird Abbey captured is a gone-astray Nihoa Finch). Could Abbey be on the 45-acre Necker Island, NW of Nihoa, or is she on an unnamed “atoll”?

REX MORGAN: It looks like Rene took the money and never delivered the goods.
MARK TRAIL: When will we analyze the ant? Does she have the equipment with her to do it? The boat she has is small with just an outboard motor.
