Goat should still know better to talk Pig about conversations that lead to nowhere on Pig’s end.

Pig believes strongly in defense of other people; that’s why he stays out of their yards.

The brick wall is an homage to Charles Schulz and “Peanuts”.

Wish we found what Goat was saying to Pig. We’ll probably never know.

I checked the Spanish version, because the pun on “fence” and “offense” only works in English. The Spanish says “I don’t want you to take it badly” and Pig replies “I wouldn’t take it without asking you.” He still says it’s getting offensive in the last panel but that simply sits in isolation.

Has everyone noticed how quickly the apparent youngster has figured out how to be a successful troll? Of course it’s pretty easy… just post on a comic how you don’t like it, and you’re guaranteed to get comments…

If you don’t like the comic, no one is forcing you to read it.

(I was not trying to be a hater or a trol. I love the comics and pearls. I was just trying to say that sometimes cartoonists cannot be very creative at times, and it can be tiresome.)

When someone leads with “Don’t take offense” it’s their way of blaming you for their inconsiderate or insulting comments
