The pic with impose waiting periods after each mass shooting is very nice idea.If you increase this clever, there wouldn t be a single gun sold anymore. And they are still absolutly legal ;)

Sue the gun makers, require weapon insurance and tax the crap out of them. Gun safety is an oxymoron.

You can’t yell fire in a crowded theater, why should we allow dangerous weapons of war to be sold without any sort of regulation? Why shouldn’t social media be used to determine if someone is looking for trouble. It seems to be where these mass murderers go. If you are looking for trouble, why should the United States help?If we need a cooling down period before we can discuss rational gun safety and regulation, we should have a cooling down period on sale of the weapons after a mass-shooting. One day per victim? I am not saying make guns illegal, not saying repeal, I’m not even saying to take yer guns. I’m saying this is irrational and illogical. We don’t need assault rifles in the hands of citizens, we don’t need to lead the world in deaths by guns.

Ok… I don’t see how you don’t understand this when you provide evidence. It is illegal to yell fire in a theater when it isn’t burning. But we have a First Amendment right to free speech. So why can’t we yell anything we want where ever we want? If you don’t understand what I was saying, you actually made my point for me.

No – what I said makes sense. You are not allowed to yell fire in a crowded theater, you know what I mean, and so does everyone else. You added the cases piece by piece, that takes away from the point by diluting it with case by case nonsense. Are you saying there are some times when a citizen should be legally sold automatic rifles?
