I had an air bag in my ’76 LTD…..but we divorced…..
You are more apt to have a heart attack from the BANG of an airbag inflating than you are to be injured in the accident.
I have never felt comfortable riding in a vehicle with an airbag. I’m more likely to die by one than be saved by one.
Got a 1971 VW bus, but no recall for smog problems. Too old, I guess.
