Going to be another hot day today with temp at about 90 but the humidity will be lower.
Pray for my daughter Karen who went to the hospital ER last night with either appendicitis or a kidney stone. They hadn’t had done any tests when she had called us. Our son-in-law will let us know as soon as he finds out.
Good morning Vagabonds.Old Sol is back this morning giving us his light and warmth.Gary’s talking highs in the upper 80s..The trip went well yesterday, we’re out again today but not quite so far..Yeah, I miss Slim and his wisdom and I miss Bill too. He’d spend his summers in upstate NY on Lake Ontario then come winter go home some where in the south, (one of the Carolinas I think) he was fun..OK, have fun everybody..ttfn

I got a call from Staples yesterday. It seems that my computer has a couple of nasty viruses. I told them to go ahead and get rid of them, but when I asked about the problem I took it in for (the noisy fan), the poor guy didn’t know what I was talking about (I’m just passing on the message. I don’t know anything about computers.) The tech won’t be in until Thursday, so another week with this slow little thing.
Temp got up to 107 yesterday. More of the same today.
Time for some memories………I, too miss Slim and Bill. Slim’s stories were always so inspiring and at the same time lots of good old common sense and always with a twinkle. I got onto Bill’s email list and we corresponded quite a bit, usually sharing air show photos that I would share with Jack. He was always fun, and is missed. We have been enriched knowing those two characters, and I want you all to know how much YOU ALL mean to me here in the present. Please take care, and keep sharing your lives. It means so much to all of us.

I love hearing about your trips to Yellowstone and traveling to visit family. The same is true for all of you..Well time to get some work done around here. It is raining again so nothing will get done in the yard (it is looking a bit shaggy). Then it will get hot, 90’s and the humidity will be horrible.
