    Good morning Vagabonds.

Well we had our T storms last night at about 9 pm. Came down quite heavy twice, then stopped. Other places got hit much harder, like the cape and islands.

Now back to the good weather until next Fri.

Howdy Vagabonds.Looking a little gloomy this morning. Suppose to be a drizzly day today then go on to be good in the second half of the weekend..It’s midyears, not quite sure if it’s today or yesterday. Wasn’t just a month or so ago that we had New Years Day? (0.o).The blessing from yesterday is the Priestly Benediction from the Bible. I’m happy you liked it..We gone by-by..ttfn

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

We had a calm, dark night…….no thunder storms, and a clear sky. A breeze came up and we had to go in because it got a little chilly. It was too breezy to start a campfire since everything dried out with this heat wave we’re having. It was our 4th day this summer with temps over 90. Supposed to only be 88 today. My arthritis is loving this dry spell, I can do so much more than normal. WooHoo!!!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

We are planning a quick trip out to Pahrump today. It’s about 40 miles away and has a couple of campgrounds we have heard are pretty nice, especially for the desert. So we want to check them out to see if we can do a couple of local week-ends relatively nearby.

It only got up to the high 80’s yesterday, and was low enough this morning that I have the windows and doors open to the breezes. Not bad for July around here. More thunderstorms last night. I love watching the lightening.

    Good Sunday morning Vagabonds.

The hot weather continues but the humidity has dropped so it won’t be as damp.

If it gets too bad I can go in my niece’s pool to cool off.

Good morning, Vagabonds. My balcony door which ajoins my bedroom was open last night and I was actually cold.

On another note, since returning to New York I have finished reading over 25 of my books.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

I keep forgetting to ask you, Arthur, how are your tomatoes? I’m assuming you’re getting plenty of blossoms by now. Those little guys sure grow fast once they’re started.

Very pleasant yesterday with a high of 87, and darn right chilly at night. :)) I actually like sleeping with a blanket or two, so the open window and a temp of 56 outside is great.

    Enjoy your holiday, Everyone.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Rita, I love sleeping with a blanket, too. I much prefer the room to be cold so I can cover up. Unfortunately around here that means leaving the AC cranked up all night, and that gets expensive and annoying.

We went out to Pahrump yesterday and looked a 6 different campgrounds. Some were very nice and some were parking lots with hookups. We like trees and shade, but that’s hard to come by in this desert.

Today’s another gun show. We didn’t go to the last one because I had hurt my back, so we are looking forward to this one. There’s about 1 per month around here these days.

Donut Sunday at church today. A sweet treat on the first Sunday of each month. Plus we get to meet and greet with folks from the “other” service.
