I have a simple system. I throw dirty clothes into the basket. It is laundry day when they roll off of the pile onto the floor or my wife is running short of bras.
I was a bachelor for a few years before I was married, so I had to do my own laundry. When I got married, my wife did laundry, until I got tired of not having clean underwear or towels. I’ve been doing the laundry ever since. My wife has problems with stairs, now, so I would be doing it by now anyway.

I tell you one thing, it sure is nice to have your own washer and dryer! For a long time it was a trip to the laundromat.
