These guys will be my “write-in” on my Primary Ballot in California on June 7th.-Don’t think they will show up on my November Ballot, though, and given the way the Alameda County Registrar of Voters does things, there may not even be a space on that ballot to write in a candidate and their running mate so it would be counted as a vote, either.
Bill and Opus for 2016! Their 1984 and 1988 campaigns were a joke, of course, but now that it’s a near certainty that we’ll see The Donald and either The Hillary or The Bernie on next November’s ballot, I am seriously considering writing in Bill and Opus. Why not? The world today is actually more insane than BB ever dreamed in the 1980’s. Whoever gets to the White House will give BB ample material for over-the-top lunacy to keep Bloom County 2.0 going for another 8 years!
