I’ve seen that happen here in the 3D world when amateur non union plumbers attempt to do professional union work.Even worse disastrous results with electrical wiring. .Over in the middle east, at least a dozen US military people were electrocuted in the shower when middle eastern contractors were hired to do both plumbing and electrical work. The wiring color codes are different between N america and elsewhere.
