Probably the best use anybody could get out of those thing.

Nah, doesn’t work.

How can it can it be called a :hover" when it touches the ground?

We saw a teenager on one this past Friday. She was rolling along on the sidewalk while texting.

So now there are two ways of not paying attention at the same time.

When she got to the corner, she didn’t look up or slow down at all before rolling into the crosswalk.

Granted, this is a small town and there wasn’t much traffic, but there COULD have been.

At least two violations here in CA. Patrick needs to be wearing a helmet, and there’s no texting while hovering. Also, many cities have anti-hovering on sidewalk ordinances as well as minimum age requirements (most are 14 & over only).

And, when you come back, I want you to hoover the dog…"
