When has Obama suggested he’d disarm law-abiding citizens or the police? Oh, that’s right. Never. If you can’t criticize the real Obama, invent a puppet one that doesn’t exist. Cartoon fail.
I don’t see that the cartoon suggests Obama wants to disarm anyone. It shows Obama ignoring people who have committed gun crimes (shooters) while finding law-abiding citizens suspicious. Or did I miss something?
Wbr: well, Manuel Noriega’s drug supplier was Edwin Meese III and his brother (who owned the building in the largest cocaine seizure in history at the time.) But like the first actual minutes of the Rodney King tape, when he was strangling a deputy sheriff before they took him down for the second time, sometimes the media doesn’t care about showing the “rest of the story”, as Paul Harvey used to say.
so dtroutma you are saying the USA should have attack panama when Noriega was in power ? does that meant you want to attack Columbia ? note drug cartels are NOT countries
Uh, wbr: we DID attack Panama, killing hundreds, and losing a number of our own, to “arrest” Noriega, and it was about canal access, not drugs. My son was in Panama, and a girlfriend’s father forbid her from seeing him, because Bush seized all his land, took his job, and he didn’t even like Noriega. “The Taylor of Panama” is a flick that tells part of the story. We’ve also been in Colombia for a long time covertly, and no I don’t think we should be attacking anyone’s country in our phony wars, like Afghanistan and Iraq, which have gone so well as well.
So a call for expanded background checks to keep mentally ill people and felons from buying guns, and repeated insistence that law-abiding people should be allowed to buy guns, means he wants felons and the mentally ill to buy guns but not law abiding citizens..In other news, Donald Trump wants more Syrian refugees and Central Americans to come to the States. Because he said he doesn’t. And that’s how we know.

@dtroutma -Wonder how many are going to say who’s Paul Harvey. I really used to enjoy listening to him.
