Oh so much more than toenails. Callus removal, massage, hot towels. Such pampering! And I am neither young nor obese.
I have one of those, I use it to pick up the trash that all the lazy people throw out their car windows. Getting really sick of it.

The spring loaded one is “The Quicker Picker Upper”…
Don’t need it for things on the ground, but it comes in really handy for things on high shelves. It saves getting out the step stool most of the time.
