Interesting that we now have some ranchers in our state finally wising up to reality and stating our limited number of wolves is NOT too many! It is livestock that has long had free rein on our public range, where grazers have never had to pay anything NEAR fair market value for the grazin PRIVILEGE! Good indeed to finally seem some ranchers willing to recognize their role in preventing sound ecosystem management.

With any luck, the herd will be thinned to the extent that the remainder will find enough feed.

funny, in our state, the deer population is exploding, but the game commission continues to restrict the issuance of deer tags.
