    I like most chili with or without beans. To me, “chicken” chili is not real chili; i.e., it’s for chickens!

    The best chili can fight you all the way to the end…

    You have to make it all in a cast iron dutch oven! That’s what adds the flavor.

    The chili we make at home (my wife’s recipe) is always best when served the following day. I guess letting it sit for 24 hours releases some of the magic…
