Seems odd that the Mutt and Jeff Sunday strip has been missing since the middle of October. Fortunately, you can go all the way back to 2003 by clicking on the calendar, and read some of the Sunday strips going back that far. It used to be that the Sunday strip was where most newspapers began running comic strips. I know that, when we were growing up – we could only afford to purchase a newspaper once a week – and that was the Sunday newspaper. We would go in to town for church on Sunday morning and then, after church, we would stop by the news stand outside the drug store and pick up the two Sunday newspapers from the State capital. Then we spent Sunday afternoon reading the newspapers, after we had eaten lunch and cleaned up afterward. After everyone read the newspaper, my sister and I were allowed to cut out the paper dolls, which were usually Katy Keene and Fritzi Ritz. The newspapers used to brag about how many pages of color comics they had in their Sunday edition. At any rate, it seems odd that Go Comics would suddenly stop posting a Sunday strip for Mutt and Jeff. Seems like it would be possible for Go :Comics to just go back in their own archive and pull out Sunday strips from years gone by!

Well nice to know the crooks deposit their money in a bank, and gave Jeff a good clue.
