I love chewing ice. I almost always eat all the ice after finishing a cup of soda. Some shapes are easier than others. Done this for most of my life and have never chipped any teeth doing it.

“Oh, we have those too. In fact, they’re in here with me. Did you want me to pass along a message?”

It’s something that cant be done quietly!

I can’t stand it when people chew ice.

Earl, now’s your chance to break out the pop-tarts while Opal is in the closet!

The best kind of ice to chew (which is also not as bad for your teeth) are those tiny, almost slushy kind that some fast food places have. They’re hard to find but when you do it’s heaven!

After 50 years of marriage, that was the one thing my parents still argued about. My dad complained to me about mom chewing the ice. I told him that she’s been doing all these years when he was outside working, so it is too late to change her now. Both parents died without needing dentures.

I’m not chewing anything hard any more. I shattered a molar on a Tootsie Pop last February. Ugh!!

Now we know where to find Opal when she suddenly disappears.
