I believe it. We had some things in 3 different garage sales that didn’t sell. We had to put them out by the road for ‘Free’ or donate them to Goodwill.

Why a tiny house when a mobile home is so much more practical & nice, but one level and not too large! We downsized & love our mobile home. In a community for manufactured homes. Complete with clubhouse, playground & pool. They are so easy to maintain, & are treated like car loans!!! Just like purchasing a car! When I think of the decades spent on our old home mortgage, I cringe. We paid our mobile home off in 51/2 years. They are not “trailer park trash” any longer. They are affordable & luxurious, & a very practical & convenient!

Where would you put your books? And your craft supplies. Or are the micro-houses only for people who do nothing but poke at their cell phones?

Most of the tiny houses I’ve seen profiled don’t have real sewer hookups. Chemical toilets. Ick.
