Ive thought about it, but with a twist.Buy three and set them up in a U shape.Inside the U put in a cover deck and set that up as an outside living room with a BBQ kitchen at the open end.In one outside units set it up as an inside living room/tv room.Give it a 3/4 bath so it can also be used as a guest space. The other outside unit set up as the master bedroom/bath with the laundry. The base of the U would be the kitchen/dining area with its own 1/2 bath. Just for connivance when the weather isn’t so nice.Smart thermometers controlling zone heating/cooling (heatpumps?) and on demand hot water heaters would keep your energy bills down.It might even be doable with solar water heaters and solar panels, and batteries to help cut energy costs, or get you off the grid entirely.

If a tiny house is what you want, then you get used to it. If it is not, then you never will.
