    If only they’d decide that they didn’t want to see a “career doctor” or have their cars repaired by “career mechanics.” Maybe there’d be fewer of them. Why this animosity towards competence? If we had more people like Ted Cruz, then John Boehner and the Democrats couldn’t foil our plans, and we could REALLY destroy America?
