Reagan and Lincoln tied for first.Seventeen presidents tied for second.Twenty-three other presidents tied for third.Jimmy Carter came in fourth, andObama was fifth.

FDR was president when I was born. There have been 12 since then. To me, g.w. bush was the absolute worst, hands down.
