One thing’s for certain, if Charlie Brown kicked the ball Lucy wasn’t the holder. And if Lucy was the holder Charlie Brown didn’t kick the ball. Unless he was invisible.
I’m pretty sure that, since the ball touched a player on the receiving team, it is now a live ball and can be advanced by anyone. She should probably pick it up soon.
