You mean there’s another use for pulleys?

Pulleys are a big part of the social life on Ballard Street….Our friend StelBel devoted a whole pull-out section of her magazine to them…maybe she’ll see this and post it.

I considered doing it for her but one of the links didn’t work for me tonight.

Day and night, neighbors think about, or use, their pulleys…

They join clubs, support each other’s pulley play…

    Pulleys entertain their dogs…

And even help them express their emotions!

Whew… I just finished cleaning the big grinder….all the leftover food is packed away….

There’s still plenty of cake for tomorrow,,,

Thanks, Fenton, and little monkeys, and Sid, for all your hard work.

And of course, thanks Stel, and Bev, and x_Tech, and everyone who helped put on the party.

Monkey, I hope you had TWO great days… your real birthday, and yesterday!

And now it’s time to say goodnight…but don’t worry…The Pulley Store and I will both be back in business tomorrow!

For Stew, life has its ups and downs, but the pulleys help to lighten his load.

@the Last Rose of Summer(aka too old)

Next to the Tiki, McLeods is one of my favorite watering holes. They serve Oban and several other excellent single malt scotch whiskeys. As a favor to me and to Red, they carry my favorite, Red Breast Single Malt Irish whiskey.Great place if you can get round all the ropes and pulleys.Still, it gives a new meaning to: " Hoisting a few " !

But that takes the thrill and danger out of it. It would be like using a spoon to eat spaghetti.

Bev, that does NOT mean you can perform those long delayed appendectomies, even if you think you can divine the need for them in your crystal ball.

No permit does NOT mean no medical degree. And just quit looking at my stomach like that.
