As Rick Steves the travel guy showed some time ago, the VAST MAJORITY OF IRANIANS LIKE AMERICANS, that with wisdom they don’t trust our GOVERNMENT, is something else, and Cluckabee is a prime example of the danger they rightly see.
I am reminded of the Saturday Night Live (?) skit where “Death to America” had simply become a meaningless endlessly repeated phrase to Middle Easterners, like “have a nice day” or “how you doing?”
It was some in the crowd who were yelling “death to America.” Like America, you can always find Iranians who will shout slogans. Except in America it is the presidential candidates who call the Iranians animals, and various other derogatory terms. Sensible people need to step back and resist baiting the crazies.
