Please wife make up your mind for me. Do I do this project or not do it?

He knows he needs to build you a bookcase…you don’t have to keep harping on it every six months. ;-)

When I start something, it has to get done. This presents a problem for jobs that never end and projects that take many months to complete.

You know you are really married when everything you do is wrong. You know you are really a bigamous when all her friends agree.

Hold on a minute…..you mean they’ve had a garage ALL THIS TIME?!?!?

Maybe he should set up shop in the garage. Most married men I know have a workshop, garage, den, barn or something, where they can get away from things, without actually going anywhere….A sanctum… away from “her”…

This is Lesson 101 for newly-wed husbands: Never do anything yourself for the house because, no matter what, the “She” will criticize it.

Instead, to save yourself, either give her the money to buy the stuff she wants or to hire other people to do the work.

And, whatever you do, never offer an opinion about anything for the house or make a decision about anything.

Well, when it’s done poorly and a book lands on his head, he’ll only have his shelf to blame.

I’ve said the same thing to my wife several times.

And you rarely get thanked for a job well done. Before you can be satisfied with your accomplishment, she’s rattling on about the next things to be done.

Do they even have a car? Have we ever seen it? Just askin’.

No, she’ll get the bookcase and then realize that she reads everything on her kindle and books are obsolete.

The book shelf may turn into a small spice rack, that’s what happened to me…..

My husband’s the same way.

What kind of women have you poor guys come across? I support my man and appreciate everything he does for me and our children. We don’t always agree but we discuss the issue and move on.

I was hoping that some expert A & J explainer would explain Arlo’s last statement. Whaa?

Why would she want a bookcase? She reads everything on her Kindle.

I don’t know where you guys find these women! I have never treated my husband like that! Married almost 36 years and he’s still smiling. Must be doing something right!!
