Where was The Fang Fairy when I was losing teeth? I never seemed to get enough blood as a child.
Fairies must be rich in the West. In New England we just got a dime, but MONTANA LADY is much younger than me.

Yeah, Lewreader, I was just thinking: “Quarter? Quarter? I didn’t geet no quarter, I got a steenkin’ nickel”.
I can’t even remember that far back! I do remember we gave our kids 50 cents, but that was only a decade or so ago. My weekly allowance was 20 cents when I was in 6th grade, so it couldn’t have been much. (Dad was a tightwad!)
A silver dollar would have been nice…..but usually a shiney dime.
She should be leaving a quart under the pillow.
