Howdy Vagabonds.Old Sol is rising with a pink tinge around the horizon While I was describing it the pink disappeared. :/.It’s Chicken Pie Dinner today at church a major fund raiser for us, so my sister is staying home to make chicken pies.And while chicken pie is being eaten at church, we will be having a New England Boiled Dinner.For those who are wondering, a boiled dinner is mainly root vegetables boiled with ham or corned beef.However, some people think the leftovers are best when served as Red Flannel Hash. :-).May you all have a blessed day..ttfn
Well, we had a lovely trip. We were snowed upon coming home through one of the passes (6320 ft. elevation). Not enough to stick, but lovely all the same.
We LOVE NE Boiled dinner, Mark! What time is dinner?
One of the small stores over in Missoula……..instead of a sign on the door saying “open”………it merely said; YEP.Love Montana!
We got back last night and managed to unpack. Today I am exhausted, so we haven’t gone over to put Windy away yet. We had a marvelous time. I will get some of the photos downloaded and send to you folks some time this week.
See what I get for being on vacation for my birthday? It was the day before David’s (10/2) and now I am officially “retirement” age. Eligible for Medicare and everything.
