I’d snicker too to hear of a cop running out of tickets on his ticket pads.

Has it been that long! Man, I have been reading this strip forever! Love it!

No bullets, no gun…..sounds like his name should be Barney.

I had 2 little kids in 1998 they are in there 20’s now. The magic of comic strip time.

The more I read about Phil, the more I like him!

The 3 chevrons mean he has something going for him, he should know better.

I put Phil right up there with Wally – my two favorite characters!

Phil was out to nip Val’s speeding in the bud!

I see now.

So, instead of being a nice guy, he’s incompetent?Inconsistent with everything else we know about him.

Wouldn’t running out of tickets mean that he’s been giving them out rather freely up until now?

So far great on remembering.
