Well, Republicans/Fox “news” viewers constantly harp on personaly responsibility, as in if someone lives in poverty, it’s, you know, their own fault.
But, if a Republican is criticized or made fun of for being fat (enormously so), it’s just, you know, sooo unfair.
(Not to mention how dangerous is it to put someone in control of the country when he cannot control himself?)
