I must be the exception to the rule. I’m fluent in Dutch, English, C#, Delphi, and VB.NET. Oh, and also in sarcasm and irony. ;-)I also know how to soft-brick an Android tablet :-( but, luckily, also how to manoeuver my way out of that situation. :D
Bev… I concur with X … You DO catch on quickly… especially once I can figure out what the heck you’re asking. And I’d say you’re 217.3 times (approximately) as tech savvy you were 2 years ago.
I know just enough to be dangerous. I have to cram so much into my skull for work (every time I figure out how to program that hearing aid/cochlear implant, they change the software and I have to learn it all over), I don’t even try to learn how to post pictures.
No longer sure what constitutes “savvy.” My “unsavvy” wife picked up Windows 8.1 in two days last week, my 83-year-old father has been Skyping for 5 years now. I updated a 2006 HP with Windows 7, and I nested routers this weekend to improve reception upstairs; does that count? But I cannot load a proprietary graphics driver in Ubuntu.
Hey I know how to turn this bad boy on and off. I can even type things in bold letters. I’m gonna quit showing off now and go to bed. Don’t wanna blow anyone’s mind with my mad computer skills.

@TonyWell, if you feed the tech to Bev in small spoon sized bites she can catch on fairly quickly. Although at times it can get a trifle messy.

You didn’t use the right finger. Next time use your kid’s finger. Works every time . . .

@TonyAre you tech savvy?
My problem is the “tech” changes a lot faster than the “savvy”…
