Why, exactly, is True the least bit happy around her? That “heart of gold under a gruff exterior” might work for Monty Woolley or William Demarest, but not for a 17-year-old.

WTF? Gilfan79 mentioned Mary Worth yesterday. I think this ridiculous story has morphed into a full fledged Mary Worth strip. This is the worst yet.

There’s still hope though. Will mom take Boo up to Central City to help her inflate her tires? Has Boo called dear old dad to do the same? Will they meet at the car get back together and they and Boo live happily ever after? Will Tru dump Boo once her edge is gone? Will this nonsense end before football season? So many questions.

That Titan Tire Inflator isn’t going to do the trick, Boo. I can’t see those two guys who flattened your tires as being patient enough to push in valve stems to let the air out of your tires. Takes way too long. Slashing tires is quicker.

In all reality , the Titan Tire Inflator while made in China speaks both English and Spanish perfectly .

Ahhh, Titian Industries. 1987, Officer Pep Streebeck trusted The Titian product while enjoying an interlude with a fellow law enforcement peer.

Hmmm, the safety patrol can easily see Boo’s shoulder restraint is properly engaged, but Tru(e) seems to be driving a little dangerously with no seat belt fastened. Maybe we get a bit of a fender bender on Wednesday and the lesson of this storyline is to always wear your seat belt.

Just what this story needs— a talking tire inflator.

…anytime we can get a William Demarest reference twice in one week it proves we are certifiably nuts….love it!

On to Milford CC already, the club championship is up for grabs, Herk vs Gil (they have let admission standards sag)

Now I get it. Tru and Boo are attracted to each other not only because their names rhyme, but because they share a neurosis.

P-1 Boo’s shoulder belt may be PC but that’s not where a real belt rests. Probably afraid the Peanut Gallery would make inappropriate comments if they drew it accurately.

If these comment boards were available when Wally and I were in high school, I wonder if I would have been as hated as Boo is.

Is “Titan” to “Gil Thorp” what “Acme” is to the Roadrunner cartoons?

Gilfan79: On this board, never let wrong or creepy stop you. Groucho would be right at home with the double entendres
