Morning, Village! Our tiny community of about 1,000 people has a donation supported fireworks display every year which rivals those of the larger cities. It’s better, in my opinion than the ones in Beaumont and Houston!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

We live in a city that loves fireworks. We also live on a hillside above that city so we go across the street to the park, and watch 20 different fireworks displays all across the valley at the same time. This year, I plan to take a chair….

Today being the federal holiday, Mike is coming to celebrate with us. He has a date with friends for tomorrow. His birthday is on the 13th, so I think I will make him a cake today.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Watering is all done, everything looks good enough to eat. Wait a minute, I do eat it………

The town of East Helena puts on an aerial display for the Fourth that is awesome. They do ask for donations because it costs over 10,000 each time. It’s about 20 miles from here as the crow flies, but we can sit on our front porch and watch it and it’s still awesome! Our immediate community has banned the use of fireworks due to very high fire danger.

    Happy Happy!
