    Good morning Vagabonds.

After a beautiful day we had a quick shower come through at about 10 pm and didn’t last too long.

Morning, Village! We tried to see the Jupiter-Venus conjunction last night, but it’s been too cloudy for the past several nights.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Happy pre-independence day. This is the day that the Declaration was actually signed. It was read aloud to the public two days later. The founding fathers believed at first that the 2nd of July would be celebrated as Independence Day.

Bing’s forecast for today is only 99! But, being Bing add about 4 or 5 degrees. We can hope anyway.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

We’ve been watching the Venus/Jupiter alignment, too. Took a bunch of pictures each night. But, it gets dark too late to get a good picture before they set. I’ll send them along later. (my internet is too slow while I warm up this ole computer, so I can’t send emails until later in the day).

Only got up to 89 yesterday. And it was a wonderful 61 this morning! We’re getting some of that smoke from the Canadian wild fires, and when the wind changes, we get some from the big Washington fire. So far, it settles well enough to open the windows during the cool part of the day and night.
