Ted Rall for April 22, 2015
Transcript:
I'm voting for Himmler. Especially if the other guys nominate goering. I hate that guy. Unless goering picks goebbels as his running mate. That wouldn't be as bad. I'd totally go for Albert Speer, but he doesn't stand a chance. Too liberal. Himmler's my man. My evil man. Best system ever.

Ted is voting for Castro…..again.

Göring hated Goebbels, so voting for that combo’s out.

We all feel as though we have to vote for the lesser of two evils. This is an issue with our system that parliamentary governments don’t have. When you have two parties with a stranglehold on the system, there’s little chance a candidate will reflect the shades of preference of each voter. It’s much better to have multiple parties that have to collaborate to form coalitions. But those who capitalize the words “founding fathers” and worship at the alter of the divinely inspired American constitution would never stoop so low as to seek fundamental improvements. Even if they are fundamentalists, lol.

“It is better to vote for what you want and not get it than to vote for what you don’t want and get it.” – usually attributed to Eugene V. Debs.

Speer was an architect, so if he runs, he can build his own platform…. otherwise, not sure of his political agenda.

If voting could change anything, it would be illegal.

You DO realize Nazi Germany had single payer healthcare? …and nationalized industry. …and favored restricting gun ownership, abortion on demand. Things straight out of the Democrat playbook. The only thing they had in common with Republicans was a love of a big military..If the shoe fits; wear it. .I also don’t think Nazi Germany would have been fond of the state of Israel; JUST LIKE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!

“You guys are trying to make sense of something Ted Rall said? For heaven’s sake, why?”Because what he says makes sense. He’s complaining about the “lessor of two evils” continually presented by the two major political parties. In this case he’s using notable Nazi leaders in place of Hillary and who ever the Republicans finally end up choosing.

“Ted describes the Republican political field.”No, I think he’s describing the Democrats as well. Ted has been fairly outspoken against the two evils both parties have nominated for us to choose the lessor of.

“Health care plans do not call for war like Republicans do.”.Another fact-less truth?
