    Litigants with issues and money? Are all those waiting in line lawyers? Have they been profiled? Something is wrong. Poor ‘mom-n-pop’ business is abused. The middle class needs support; not legalizes competition.

    One little problem: once the “Toys ‘R’ Us” corporation finds out that some dummies set up a business copying the “… ‘R’ Us” registered trademark (complete with the reversed ‘R’), “Torts ‘R’ Us” will be sued out of existence in short order. Would you really want someone with that shaky a grasp of business law to represent you?
