I’m hip to Earls problem..Last Christmas I tried to tell a joke to my brother in law..I’d known this joke for twenty years..Got thru telling half of it and then the mind went blank.

I keep thinking that if I say that I read something interesting it might come back to me while I’m saying it. I usually remember it an hour later when it is no longer relevant.
